Well, I decided to knix the invert breeding for now. Im in the process of collect pairs of Clownfish to breed. So far I have picked up a nice big female A. ocellaris and A female A percula.  I plan on setting up the following pairs:


1. Snowflake/Ocellaris

2. Onyx/Percula

3. Picasso/picasso

4. B&W ocellaris/B&W Ocellaris.

Some the cycle is finally finishing. I will soon add broodstock to the tank. I would still like to tie in another custom tank for gastropod breeding.

Added some dry and live rock. My levels jumped through the roof.

System is now fully setup and running. I was think about this system. The four compartments now will be used to breed Peppermint shrimp, sexy shrimp, lettuce nudi, and poss bumble bee shrimp. I would still like to get some snails to breed also. I have room to add another tank and tie it into this ...

Cycle Started

Invert Tank has  been running for a couple of days. Current parameters;


S.G.-1.023

temp-79

pH-8.3

Ammonia-.50ppm

Nitrite-0ppm

Nitrate-0ppm

Alk-10 dkh.


So the cycle has started. I still need to get some rock for the sump.

It's finally WET!!!!!!!!!. The invert breeding tank is running with NSW. I still need two plumbing parts, Rock for the sump, a skimmer, and a simple light.

Ok, so I have one self to use and I will be drilling the tank tomorrow. I am trying to find a bulkhead local before I have one shipped to me.

Now alittle delayed on the setup of the invert breeding system. I did pickup the tank and Im very happy how it turned out. I still need to finish setting up the area and finish the electric.

Breeding Area Started.

Started with setting up the breeding area in my basement. I need power to the area so I ran a new circuit from my panel to the area. This will be for three outlets to power what I need. The plan is to wire these in and then finish insulating the area. I will then need to decide to drywall it or use a vapor wrap. I will probably need a dehumidifer this summer.


I plan to have two or three racks. One for zooplankt...
